Our payment processors charge a 2.9% (+ 30c) fee to anyone who pays with a credit card. There’s an additional 1% fee if you make the deposit outside of the United States.
Vinovest does not charge additional fees on payment methods other than Bitpay and credit cards, nor does our receiving bank. If you encounter additional fees, they're likely from the sending bank or an intermediary bank or due to FX fluctuations.
