As a Vinovest client, you can ship some or all of your wine portfolio to your doorstep for your personal enjoyment. Currently, wines from your managed portfolio must be shipped by the case.
To have your wine shipped, please contact support@vinovest.co with the wine(s) you would like delivered to you. Our team will review your request and provide you with a shipping quote and estimated time of arrival.
The timeline for shipping begins when you confirm your shipment. From there, our typical estimate for the entire shipping process is around 9 to 12 weeks, but this will vary depending on several factors including your shipping destination, the size of your shipment, and the time of year. As all of the wines purchased for your portfolio are designated for investment and long-term storage, the process of preparing them for secure shipment is extensive.
Whiskey can also be sent to you, but it must be delivered in bottles, and the entire cask must be bottled at once (i.e., you cannot have some bottled while some remains in storage). Our team will work with you to get your whiskey bottled and shipped to you for an additional fee. Please reach out to support@vinovest.co to get started.
Note that delivery of your wine or whiskey may be subject to local taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for.
