We do not charge a fee as part of our typical investment lifecycle: when we sell wine that has reached its optimal selling window, there is no additional cost to you.
However, if you choose to sell your wine early by manually listing it on the Vinovest Marketplace, we levy a 1.5% fee, which is charged upon completion of the sale.
Fine wine is a long-term, illiquid asset that requires time to mature in both quality and value. Selling too soon can undermine its growth potential, which is why we recommend a 5- to 10-year investment horizon, and have structured our fees accordingly.
