This has always been a wine that I have admired with its terrific and finally maturing nose displaying detailed, elegant and exceptionally pure spicy black fruit and nuances of game, anise and road tar that are followed by tannic, sappy, very complex earthy and mineral-infused flavors that are sweet, delicious, serious and deliver excellent, indeed penetrating length. This is extremely impressive and still in its ascendancy. Consistent notes.
