The 2010 Vosne-Romanee Les Petits Monts (from tank) shows lovely focus and energy in its dark red fruit, spices and licorice. With air, the aromas and flavors flesh out nicely on the mid-palate while an attractive mineral register gives the wine much of its personality. The Petits Monts captures the essence of the Drouhin house style. Anticipated maturity: 2017-2030. 90-92 Points
