The 2012 Vosne-Romanee Village comes from four parcels in Les Chalandins, Les Bossieres, Au Reas and Au Dessus de la Riviere and sees around 20 new oak. It has a pleasant bouquet of light strawberry and redcurrant aromas mixed with a touch of dried rose petal. The palate is elegant on the entry, nicely balanced with uncomplicated raspberry and strawberry fruit dallying with a touch of spice on the finish. This is very fine and classic in style.
