As is typically the case this is more elegant, both on the nose and the palate with its airy and pure nose of red cherry, raspberry and soft spice nuances. The refinement continues onto the equally pure middle weight flavors that possess a lovely sense of underlying tension along with fine delineation, all wrapped in an ever-so-mildly austere finish that offers fine depth and length. This is almost delicate and is fashioned in a very understated style. In a word, lovely.
