The 2013 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Saint Georges is 20 whole-cluster fruit and delivers a placid, refined bouquet of crushed strawberry and red cherry, hints of rose petal following suit. The palate is medium-bodied with a lovely touch of orange peel on the entry. Nicely balanced, though not overwhelmingly complex for a Les Saint Georges, it does possess a sedate, sorbet-like finish. 89-91
