Composed of 50 Pinot Gris, 40 Pinot Blanc and 10 Aligoté, the 2014 Hildegard Proprietary White has a nose of spiced apples, fresh peaches and poached pears with a waft of honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, with a good intensity of refreshing apple and pear flavors, it has a lively backbone and a savory/toasty finish.
