Burghound
A distinctly different aromatic profile presents itself with a patently greater emphasis on the sauvage with iron-infused earth nuances on the red and dark currant scents. The rich, bold and interestingly even bigger and more powerful flavors display outstanding length on the firm, mouth coating and beautifully persistent finish. This too is going to require at least 7 to 8 years before it will have resolved enough structure to be sufficiently interesting to warrant opening a bottle. Drink: 2026+.
