The 2016 Rosé Campania Remensis is a beautiful wine. Gracious and ethereal, the Campania Remensis is a bit tense in 2016, but it nevertheless possesses striking persistence and tons of character. Bright red berry and floral notes race through this taut, crystalline Rosé. I would open it a few hours in advance. Dosage is 3.5 grams per liter Most of this fruit emerges from a parcel in Ormes. Disgorged: March, 2020.
