The 2016 Vosne-Romanée “aux Réas” from Jean-Marie Fourrier is very good, offering up a complex nose of raspberries, cherries, raw cocoa, a good base of soil and a touch of spicy oak. On the palate the wine is fullish, tangy and nicely plush on the attack, with a good core, moderate tannins and fine soil drive on the long finish. Good juice.
