Vinous
Bright pale yellow. Delicate aromas of white peach, citrus fruits, flowers, menthol, mint and noble herbs. Quite saline and dry but rich, with lemon, apple and floral flavors complicated by minerals. Really titillates the taste buds on the energetic back end, finishing with subtle, slowly building length and repeating minerality. There was a bit of frost here but not much, noted winemaker Jérôme Faure-Brac, who told me that the yield was a good 40 hectoliters per hectare. (Barrel-Score 90-92)
