Bollinger is famed for its pinot noir, making Bollinger PN AYC 18 NV a treat for wine collectors. This non-vintage Champagne features 100% pinot noir composed of fruit largely from the village of Aÿ. The estate-owned vineyards are only one of 17 to earn grand cru classification in Champagne, the highest classification for French grapes. The final blend contains 50% of its grapes from the 2018 vintage and the rest sourced from 2009, 2016, and 2017 reserve wines.
