A fine follow-up to the excellent 2017, Faiveley's 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Gain mingles aromas of crisp orchard fruit and orange oil with nuances of nutmeg and pastry cream in an incipiently complex bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, supple and satiny, it's lively and precise, with a chalky finish. Barrel Sample: 92-94
