The 2018 Meursault Santenots 1er Cru was the first vineyard picked this vintage whereas it can often be the last. It has an attractive bouquet of grilled walnut and light smoky aromas perhaps not quite as intense as recent vintages. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry offering orange pith and light apricot notes and a smooth almond-tinged finish. Fine. (Drink between 2022-2035). 90-92 Points.
