The 2018 Vosne-Romanée Les Petit Monts 1er Cru is fully de-stemmed and matured in 75 new oak. It has a very pure, floral bouquet of black cherries, cassis and crushed violet scents on the nose, becoming more and more floral with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, sorbet-fresh from the start and culminating in an intense, almost vitamin-like finish. Excellent.
