James Suckling
There’s real clarity and brightness to this Echezeaux, with very fine, long tannins that run down the palate. Subtle blackberry and strawberry character with hints of bark and walnut. Some chocolate powder, too. It’s tight and structured at the end. Drinkable now,but needs three to five years to open and soften.
