Laurent Lignier combines fruit from two Premiers Crus - mostly Les Faconnières with 25 from Les Chenevery - to produce what he calls 'our emblematic cuvée'. It's a beautifully judged marriage of terroirs, with rose petal and lily aromas, considerable concentration and minerality, fine-boned tannins and a poised, balletic finish.
