A village red that often performs above its appellation, this comes from a south-facing parcel close to the border with Nuits-St-Georges and sees 50 new wood. Stony, saline yet very smooth, it's the sort of wine that has made Vosne-Romanée famous all over the world: textured, dense and floral with layers of red and black fruits and commendable complexity.
